This Refund & Billing Policy explains how paid credits and services work on services.planetary.music. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Credits and the wallet
Paid features run on a prepaid credit balance. You buy credits, then spend them on services such as a master or a lyrics generation. The credit cost of each service is shown before you confirm.
2. When we take payment
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe at the time you buy credits. A receipt is emailed to you.
3. Consuming credits
Credits are consumed when a service runs. Because AI-assisted processing begins immediately and incurs real compute cost, credits spent on a completed service are non-refundable except as required by law or as described below.
4. Failed or defective jobs
If a job fails on our side, produces no usable output, or is not delivered, the credits for that job are automatically refunded to your wallet (or we will re-run it). If you think a completed job was defective, contact support@planetary.music within 14 days and we will review it in good faith.
5. Unused credits
Unused credits remain in your wallet subject to any expiry shown at purchase. If you believe you were charged in error or bought credits you have not used, contact us — we handle reasonable requests fairly.
6. Statutory withdrawal rights (EU/UK consumers)
Where you have a legal right of withdrawal for digital services, please note that by starting a job you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for that job once it is completed. Unused credit purchases may still be eligible for withdrawal within the statutory period.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
8. Pricing changes
We may change prices and credit packages. Changes do not affect credits you have already purchased.
