Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Planetary Records's sites and services. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. You must have the rights

Only upload, submit, or process content that you own or are authorized to use. Do not use our tools on audio, lyrics, or other material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

Do not use the services to create, upload, or distribute content that:

  • infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights;
  • is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that promotes violence;
  • is sexual content involving minors, or otherwise exploits or endangers minors;
  • impersonates a person or artist in a deceptive way, or clones a real person's

voice or likeness without their permission;

  • contains malware, or attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape,

or gain unauthorized access to our systems;

  • circumvents credits, quotas, payment, or access controls; or
  • violates any applicable law or third-party terms (including Suno's and the

streaming platforms').

3. Fair use of the platform

Automated or high-volume use that degrades the service for others, or use that resells our tools without authorization, is not permitted.

4. Copyright and DMCA-style takedowns

We respect intellectual-property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe content on our sites infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@planetary.music including:

  1. your contact information;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed;
  3. identification of the material you say is infringing and its location (URL);
  4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
  5. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that

you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them; and

  1. your physical or electronic signature.

We will review valid notices, remove or disable infringing material where appropriate, and may notify the affected user. Repeat infringers will have their access terminated.

Counter-notice. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the equivalent information and your consent to jurisdiction as required by law.

5. Reporting abuse

Report violations of this AUP to legal@planetary.music.

6. Enforcement

We may remove content and suspend or terminate access for any violation, with or without notice, and cooperate with law enforcement where required.
